Introduction

Sunil Nayyar Consultants is a multi-disciplinary engineering design consultancy firm dealing in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting services design in buildings segment. The firm was established in 1991 under the aegis of Mr. Sunil Nayyar. It was originally an electrical and HVAC design consultancy firm but with an aim to provide one stop service to the clients, Plumbing and Fire Fighting were added in 2005.The company was transformed into Private Limited in March 2007.

Over the past 17 years the firm has designed services for a plethora of projects of various nature such as hotels, IT parks, SEZs, residential, industry, hospitals and have successfully executed some of the most prestigious projects.

Our firm has been in the elite panel of some of the leading groups such as DLF, EMAAR-MGF, Apollo Hospitals, Parsvnath, BPTP, Jaypee group etc.

Besides, our firm has been a leading MEP consultant for interior fitouts with clients ranging from Microsoft, Oracle, Fidelity, Lucent-Alcatel, Ernst & Young, Nokia, AMEX, IBM, Daksh, Cisco, Serco etc.

MEP meaning Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering, stands for Air, Energy and Water; and we as MEP consultants firmly believe that it is our duty to conserve and preserve air, water and energy and make designs which are efficient, green and sustainable and at the same time provide utmost comfort and quality to the occupants. We presently have some very prestigious green sustainable designs under execution for Godrej, Hines-DLF and Commonwealth Games DELHI-2010.

Founder/Mentor

Sunil Nayyar Consultants was founded in 1991 by Mr. Sunil Nayyar after a 12 year stint in the building Services industry.

It has been his dedication, sincerity and hard work that has made Sunil Nayyar Consultants as one of the leading MEP consultancy firm in India and on the elite panel of some of the leading developers of the country.

It can be very well understood that once Sunil went for an interview after finishing his graduation, he was asked by the interviewer, what does he wants to become in life. He replied, he wants to be a 'BIG ENGINEER', well the interviewer laughed away, but he could not see the unrelenting passion and vision this man had that created one of the leading MEP design firms in India.

Sunil Nayyar continues to be an inspiration and mentor to us in providing design excellence and scheduled deliveries to our clients, and contributing to the field of sustainable MEP designs as a team and to the mankind as a whole.
